The heart shape sapphire hangs from a trio of 3 heart shape diamonds and suspends from a round diamond tennis necklace made of GIA certified diamonds. The diamonds are graded F-G in their color and VS2-SI2 in their clarity. The necklace has a combining total weight of 35.81 carats and is set in platinum. Each stone has been carefully matched and set by hand in New York City.
